We are excited about the families that will be returning from last year and the new adventure that will be starting for our two AOL scouts who joined our scout troop back in April. We are still working on getting a date for our Join Scouting Night, at Roberts Elementary and we will let everyone know when we have the date. We plan to have an organizational meeting after our Join Scouting Night so we can firm up the dens and recruit adult leadership. We are also trying to recruit at one other school. I will let everyone know more soon. We will officially start up our den meetings the Monday, afer Labor Day, which is Monday, September 8th. Please remind your child to invite their friends to be part of our scouting program. Please contact me if you have questions.
